Due to the heavy volume of calls for assistance and a limited number of volunteers,
we have changed our voicemail access hours.
Starting May 4th 2026 you may leave a voicemail requesting assistance at 770-534-0234
Mondays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and
Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
We will try to return your call within 48 hours.

Please note that calls left on the St. Michael office number or emergency lines will not be returned. Only voicemails left during our designated hours of operation will be acknowledged.
We are sorry but we do not assist with hotel rooms.
If you are calling on a Monday or Wednesday when the voicemail is available please leave your:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Date of birth
- Last 4 of your Social Security Number
- and what assistance is needed.
If you were not available when we called please leave a message during our normal business hours (see above) and let us know what the best time is for a return call.
Our return call may say “unknown caller” on your phone. Please answer our call.
